BlackRapid showed off a display of LensBling rear filter caps, as well as its full line of camera straps. New to the collection, although not premiering at CP Plus, are the Shot and Cross-Shot camera straps. The Shot, in Orange or Black, hangs from one shoulder and stays put, thanks to the very “grabby” non-slip molded rubber shoulder pad, which really does reduce the common problem of a strap slipping from your shoulder. The Cross-Shot is also available in Orange and Black, but is longer and crosses your chest, so the camera will hang at your side. They, too, have the non-slip rubber pad and both feature the FastenR and ConnectR swivel hook system.

Also from BlackRapid is the simply named Backpack Strap, which uses hooks or the included carabiner to attach to a backpack's D-ring or webbing loop. It is a simplified way to carry your camera and backpack without a separate strap, and the camera is as accessible as with any other BlackRapid strap. The very friendly BlackRapid rep told me that this is a hugely successful item that has “crossed over” from camera stores to hiking and outfitting stores.
