Loewpro is aiming for outdoor adventurers and frequent flyers with their release of the Flipside Trek Backpacks and the PhotoStream RL 150 Rolling Case. Starting off with the Flipside Trek series we have three different sizes for a variety of different users. The smallest is the Flipside Trek BP 250 AW Backpack which carries a mirrorless camera with 2-3 lenses. Stepping up a notch is the Flipside Trek BP 350 AW Backpack that can hold either a compact or professional DSLR camera with 3-4 lenses. Finally, we have the Flipside Trek BP 450 AW Backpack that can safely fit a professional DSLR camera body along with 3-4 larger lenses and a variety of accessories. The 250 and 350 models also have a front CradleFit suspended pocket that can fit an 8” tablet while the 450 can hold a 10” tablet.
The Flipside Trek series features multiple pockets and external attachment points for storage and organization. Body-side access allows you to change lenses without taking your backpack off. An ActiveZone suspension system includes adjustable backpack straps, a sternum strap, and waist strap for comfortable long-term carrying. A built-in All Weather cover resides in a pocket at the top of the backpack for handy deployment when suddenly caught in the rain or on a muddy back trail.
For the constant traveler who would rather wheel around their gear, the PhotoStream RL 150 Roller is designed to hold 1-2 professional DSLR camera bodies with up to 8 lenses and/or speedlights. A dedicated, hinged 15” laptop compartment allows for a more efficient security check eliminating the need to completely remove your laptop from your roller. Touch-fastening, padded dividers allow you to customize your PhotoStream to the gear you’ll be traveling with. Small accessories can be organized in mesh pockets and an external side tripod mount ensures you won’t have to leave anything behind for your next shoot.
